Having excessive weight is not just the cosmetic problem, but also increasing the risk of certain types of diseases. Some of the health problems that are associated with over weight are:

High Blood Pressure: Your change of having high blood pressure increases if you have over weight. Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out the body.  At times it can be very dangerous to the body.

Reproductive problems: Women who are over weight can have menstrual problems and even may lead to infertility.

Gallstones: Gallstones are the hard pieces of stones like materials that are form in gallbladders. They are made of cholesterol. It may lead to abdominal or back pain. People having over weight are at the risk of having gallstones.

Some of the other problems related with obesity are:
Stroke is lack of blood supply to the body.  As the body needs to work harder when you are over weight.


Erectile Dysfunction may be occurred in male when they are over weight.
People who are over weight may go through depression. They feel embarrassed to face the other people. Sometimes they may even attempt suicide.


Fatty liver is considered to be seen mostly commonly worldwide in the people who take excessive alcohol and who are obese. Some pills could help to lose weight fast, there are phetermine, meridia, orlistat.


People who are unable to control urine are frequently associated with obese.
